Some of you know but I was severely depressed in July 2019. Therapy wasn’t working. I had horrible stomach problems and was tired all of the time. My skin was nasty. Literally the second I changed my eating habits my whole life changed. Healing my gut healed my skin and my life.
I went plant-based. All of my meals were 80% vegetables and naturally alkalizing. Other 20% - carbs and fish.
I mostly ate:
- avocado
- bok choy
- cabbage
- collard greens
- cucumbers
- garlic
- ginger
- salmon
- spinach
- spirulina
- swiss chard
