Answering Google Autofill Questions!

Going to start doing these as I struggle to come up with content ideas. Answers below:
Can I build muscle without carbs?

Yes. As long as you get into a calorie surplus you can build muscle no matter what. Carbs make it easier to achieve that surplus.
Can I build muscle in a calorie deficit?

Probably not. If you're a beginner, especially if you're overweight, then yes.

Most people will need a calorie surplus to build muscle.
Can I build muscle and lose weight?

I.e. Body recomposition.

Yes, although it's not the best approach for most people.
Can I build muscle without weights?

Yes. Bodyweight is very effective as long as you progress the difficulty when you've mastered a movement. Look at gymnasts.
Can I build muscle at home?

Yes. See above. Also look on ebay, Facebook marketplace, Craigslist, gumtree etc. For cheap weights. People buy them on impulse then sell incredibly cheap to get them out of their way, gathering dust.
Can I build muscle at 60?

Yes. It may be harder. I'm no expert here. Follow @ChrisTauber11
Can I build muscle on keto?

Certainly. Same as the one about no carbs.
Can I build muscle with no protein?

I very much doubt it. I assume what they mean here is actually "low protein", probably vegetarian, vegan or cost concerns. In that case, yes, but results will be sub par.
Can I build muscle with low testosterone?

Highly unlikely (but depends how low)

Go see a doctor, fix the cause of low T - probably lifestyle related.
