To answer those asking how I eat

Carnivoreish

Plants=meat enhancers

Hunter gatherer society’s around the world eat an approx average of 68-70% of calories from animal foods

Animal foods have long formed the foundation of a human diet

Onions
Garlic
Avocado
Chopotles
👇
I was “autoimmune carnivore” (beef and water) for 30 days about a year ago

I had been dealing with GERD for 19 years and Psoriasis for 3.5

I eliminated plants entirely to see if my symptoms would improve

Not only did they improve, I went into full symptomatic remission

👇
I then added in all manner of animal foods

Eggs
Lamb
Salmon
Pork
Shrimp
Dairy
+ coffee
+ seasoning to taste

I stuck with this for 6 months and remained asymptomatic

👇
Seasonings & coffee did not cause any relapse of symptoms or any issues

My original plan was to reintroduce many plant foods after a few months

What I found instead is that I don’t crave or miss many plant foods

Grilled onions, garlic and chipotles, are the exception

👇
So while the overwhelming majority of my food is animal based, when I eat liver or ground beef I add grilled onions, garlic, chipotles, and sometimes sliced avocado

“carnivoreish”

I enjoy these 2 dishes infinitely more seasoned this way

👇
Food is fuel, and I eat for wellness, but I also believe that you should enjoy it

I think you’ve got to find food you genuinely enjoy that also enhances your ability to thrive and manage any chronic issues

This will vary by person

This is what works for me
