The world of fitness can seem somewhat contradictory at times.

If you fail to decipher the truth from the bullshit, you'll fail to get the:

- Physique
- Health
- Strength

You want.

It's time you learned the truth, and disposed of the garbage *thread*
Myth #1: Targeted Fat Loss Is Bullshit

You get yourself into a deficit.

Your body decides where the fat comes from.

You can't shrink your belly without losing fat from anywhere else.

You can't lose the man boobs without losing fat from anywhere else.
Myth #2: You Need Breakfast For Energy

It's the opposite.

The morning is the last time where you want to be wasting energy on digestion.

Stick to black coffee.
Myth #3: Protein Is Bad For Your Kidneys

Im sick of this one, and it has zero backing in studies on HEALTHY people.

Get your protein in.
Myth #4: Red Wine Is 'Bad'

Red wine burns more fat than clenbuterol.

Don't argue with me on this one.

🍷🍷🍷
Myth #5: Eggs Will Lead To Cholesterol Problems

Your blocked arteries are going to be a result of junk food.

Not eggs.
Myth #6: You'll Get 'Too Big' From Lifting

You won't.

Not with that attitude.

You've been lifting for 6 months. Give it another 6 years.

If you're 'too big' likelihood is that you're not 10% body fat.
Myth #7: Men Over 40 Automatically Gain Weight

Most do.

But that's a macro-level average, and means nothing for you.

Most people are lazy.

You don't need to be.

Finally:
If you're ready to get to 10% bf by:

- Avoiding breakfast
- Eating high protein
- Drinking copious amounts of black coffee
