Well let’s just say I fell off this month...

Welp. End of the month update...
Two 6-Mile Rucks under my belt ( 1 done for competition in under 1.5 hours)
Deadlift is now up to 225lbs
Bench 1RM: 100 lbs
Unfortunately now I’m on a 6 week no run, no long walking profile due to my knee.

I think at some point I want to complete a spartan race...

Probably one of my best months of working out... on top of that I worked on my push-up form by doing 10 pushups everyday.
