📍 I reached my November Apple Watch Goal 🥅
I earned the #ThanksgivingDay Apple Watch Badge today by running the Annual Goldsboro #TurkeyTrot 5K 😬
🦃 Met my November goal of cutting my rest days down to under 10. 💪🏾

❄️ December’s goal is to sustain the same goal of keeping my rest days at our mess than 10 but with a trip and the holidays coming up let’s see how this plays out 😬

Welp. End of the month update...

👉🏾 Two 6-Mile Rucks under my belt ( 1 done for competition in under 1.5 hours)
👉🏾 Deadlift is now up to 225lbs
👉🏾 Bench 1RM: 100 lbs

🥴 Unfortunately now I’m on a 6 week no run, no long walking profile due to my knee.
