Self sabotaging behavior:

-Going to bed late knowing you have to be up early

-Sleeping in until the last minute so you have to rush to get ready

-Checking your ex's social media after a painful breakup

-Listening to sad music after a painful breakup
More self sabotaging behavior:

-Procrastinating on important, life-altering tasks

-Feeling too peaceful so seeking out arguments

-Starting a goal and backing down from completing it as soon as you start to see success
More self sabotaging behavior:

-Constantly seeking out difficult partners who are emotionally unavailable and/or already in a relationship

-Contacting people asking for second chances when you know for a fact they're gonna reject you. Then obsessing over the rejection
More self sabotaging behavior:

-Spending money that you don't have (especially right before bills are due)

-Showing people the "ugly" side of you after they've sung your praises

-Waiting until the last minute to eat so you end up grabbing junk food instead of a healthy meal
In case you're wondering why you do these things, it's because of your subconscious programming telling you you're not worth of peace, love, respect, or success. If it wasn't for my self sabotaging behavior I'd have a video link to insert here😂😭It'll be up on my channel today💕
