Replace talking about the royal wedding with talking about depression & suicide
Replace bad journalism about illegal drugs killing people by considering alcohol being a gateway drug to depression & suicide.
Replace your "how is my driving? Call this number" sign on your car with the Samaritans phone number or any relevant phone number.
Replace pushing away your loved ones with a message telling them you are not coping.
Replace the millions and trillions of pounds, dollars, euros (whatever the currency that is relevant to you) that is going to the rich & greedy with better suicide prevention treatments around the globe.
Replace the stigma around boys and men, claiming they are not depressed with facts & figures showing that they are in fact quite capable of feeling suicidal (the biggest killer in men under 45 in the UK is suicide. 75% of suicides in the UK are by men.)
Replace the "I'm good" with how you are ACTUALLY feeling when a friend/loved one asks how you're doing.
And never, ever suffer in silence.
