You would love to believe that it's your education that intimidates men....forget the fact that your personality is dry, you can't communicate effectively and you don't listen.

No it's gotta be your education right?

You don't take any interests in his passions, you treat every relationship like a competition instead of a partnership, your insecurities are constantly present despite his reasurrance...but it's gotta be your education right?

Nothing he does is hardly ever good enough, on dates you spend the majority of the time taking photos and scrolling through social media, you never cook for him because he is a "grown ass man". You place your friends opinions above his.

You have abandonment issues, your father was in and out of your life, You switched your major three times, you don't work in the field you studied for, your student debt is outrageous.

However, you do have a passport in your closet and a degree on the wall...

You feel a loneliness inside that you can't quite explain. Your relationships always fail, you just got invited to yet another wedding, you refuse to face your demons so you latch on to anything that will absolve you of accountability and self reflection...

But the only sensible answer to all of your woes is that you are an educated woman....right?
