As suspected, it's a complete partisan joke.
In fact, Finding #23 may actually be a lie. The FBI was documented as having notified the campaign.
At the very least, Finding #23 "lacks candor."

Finding #24 is also a lie. It has been documented that the Internet Research Agency specifically supported Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders, while attacking Hillary Clinton.
The lies only get worse. @DevinNunes belongs in prison for conspiracy to defraud the United States.
