WHY WE MUST PROTECT CANCERS a cancer appreciation thread:
Cancer people are extremely selfless and will give you the shirt off of their back if you needed it. They are constantly trying to bandage up others, as they are the ones who often feel overlooked or underappreciated. They make a point to make others feel valued - bc of this.
Despite their sunny or playful disposition, as they may not always typically like to attract attention to themselves - underneath this they just genuinely want the best for others and themselves. They are optimistic to a fault, as they see the good in everyone/everything.
Despite their emotional compass, they are exceptionally driven and typically achieve great success. As they push themselves to persevere and are devoted to their obligations in life. Rarely will you ever see Cancer as a bad worker, they take their commitments seriously.
RIPLEY'S BELIEVE IT OR NOT: CANCER IS A SPONGE FOR THE EMOTION EMITTED AROUND THEM IF U ARE EMITTING MANIPULATIVE BEHAVIOR - AND THEY MIRROR THIS. THEY ARE NOT MANIPULATIVE, THEY ARE JUST RESPONDING TO UR EMOTIONS. MAYBE UR JUST MAD THEY CAUGHT ON, AND ARE 2 SWEET TO CONFRONT U.
and if they do confront you: hell hath no fury like cancer scorned. they will fact check and pull up receipts so swiftly, it'll disgrace even the ever-suspicious scorpio. REMEMBER, Cancer is the "mom trope" because they can nurture but also teach you a LESSON if you need it.
Lastly, if a Cancer cares about you, they will WORSHIP you. you will never find a more devoted and selfless love than when a Cancer is invested in you.
So be kind to your fellow Cancer peers, kill the stereotype of the crybaby and let's NURTURE THEM for a change. Bake them a cake, they love that sh*t.
