Having been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder 2 years ago, I& #39;ve always though na kulang ang stories and interpretations of mental health sa arts dito. I wrote about what it was like to suffer through anxiety and depression.

Inexplain ko to lahat pag pitch ko kay Sarah, hoping she sees my point and she won& #39;t think it& #39;s too dark. Isa lang ang revision niya: parang mas maganda daw kung may rap part, may mairerecommend ba daw akong rapper? YEHEY

Pinaring ko sa kanya ang favorite kong si J.Makata, mahusay magperform, kakagraduate palang ng high school pero ibang level ang pagkatalinghaga ng mga sulat niya, naisip ko na sakto siya para dito (if you listen closely, you can hear him count from 1-10 in his verse)

Thankfully nagustuhan din siya ni Sarah. Isa lang din ang revision niya sa first draft ng verse ni JM. Yung original ending ng verse, may implications na the persona gave up on life and said goodbye to his family. Gusto ni Sarah, makakabangon siya sa dulo at maging inspirasyon.

So for this song, above everything else, I will always be grateful to Sarah for telling my story, and the story of so many others. Nagpakwento siya more about my anxiety and she listened intently, no judgements whatsoever. Right after our conversation she recorded the track.
