BEYONCÉS NATURAL HAIR: (A THREAD)

First off I’m gonna start by saying this, as a black girl I take strong pride in my hair... it’s my crown although it doesn’t define me. I embrace it because it is a part of me and no woman black or not should love them self less because of their appearance.

But we’re gonna get into my good sis Beyoncé real quick. For yearsssss there has been controversy on how long her real hair may be. Especially after she made the big chop the Spring of 2013 and debuted her cute lil pixie cut.

Beyoncé has always had a very lovely length of hair and this is where I come with receipts. These are pictures of Beyoncé at age 6 & 7 and her natural hair.

Anyway, Beyoncé didn’t start to wear weaves and dye her hair until the late 90s when she started to work on individual projects following her solo career. Because well, weaves became very popular in the 2000’s... (left 90s bey with natural hair) (right early 2000s bey with weave)

Beyoncé, her sister Solange & Her mother Tina have French creole in them and some people argue that because she has that blood line in her that her hair grows long. ( THIS DOES NOT MEAN FULLY BLACK WOMAN CANNOT GROW LONG BEAUTIFUL HAIR)

Since her big chop (in 2013) both Beyoncé & Her mother have confirmed that Beys hair has grown twice as longer (in 2018).

Even blues hair is a good length.

Bottom line is Beyoncé and her family aren’t bald headed, because of their creole voodoo and I need some because my hair won’t grow for shit.
