Any chance somebody can fix the parental controls on #PS4 as certifications are wrong. Lego City Undercover & NFS: Rival are both rated a 7 but the parental controls have them level 5 (Age 12). I'm happy for my son to play 7 certificated games but not 12 as he is not old enough.
This issue has been like this since the launch of Parental controls on#PS4 and I've reported it multiple times to Sony with zero response @electronicarts @LEGOWorldsGame @AskPS_UK @PlayStationEU @PlayStationUK @eurogamer
Wipeout is a 7 @SonyXDevEurope but using #PS4 Parental controls it makes it a level 5 (12) which prevents my son from playing it unless I change the age limit but doing this unlocks games I don't want him to play. Can you fix the level to a 3 (7) like it is on the box, please !
Fantastic work on Burnout Paradise Remastered @StellarEnts @CriterionGames :-) Can you please look into why the game is a level 5 (12 Certificate) when using the PS4's Parental Controls and not the 7 that it is listed as on the box and in the PSN Store.
Much appreciated if you can get it changed to the correct certification. I can't leave it on level 5 as it will allow access to unsuitable games and constantly logging in and out of accounts to allow specific games to be played is ridiculous. Fingers crossed you can help :-)
#PS4's weird, broken parental controls strike again. Son wants to play Onrush but can't despite changing the age rating on his account. The issue seems that parental controls do not override the original info given when setting up his account. Online access is always blocked
irrespective of the age rating setting.
