Today my favorite thing was listening to Led Zeppelin's "Fool in the Rain" while driving. I really think the best place to listen to Led Zeppelin is on the road and loud.
An early morning awesomeness affirmation today. I really like Walt Disney World and it is really awesome to read @derekburgan ‘s Saturday Six and my favorite, the Disney Outlets Blog. He writes for @TouringPlans found here https://blog.touringplans.com/author/derek/ .
If you like witty commentary on Disney merchandise, this is time well spent. More importantly, he is a talented comic artist. In all earnestness, I started following him after I saw postings of his artwork that he donated to raise funds for the family of friend who had passed.

Awesomeness Affirmation #3 - This fish, a juvenile dusky damselfish. I saw this type of fish on my last snorkeling trip at Dry Tortugas National Park. He will eventually turn dark and lose his spot.

Awesomeness Affirmation #4 - Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. OMGoodness. I like it so much!
Awesomeness Affirmation #5 - Fireflies are pretty great. Wish my bum lit up or maybe my hands and I could just move my glowing hands around like we use sparklers to spell our names.
Awesomeness Affirmation #6 - I love to watch birds and am trying to get better at identifying the ones I see. I follow @JasonWardNY on Twitter who is an expert at identifying birds in the US. Catch his Tricky Bird ID challenge! Here are a few of my recent sightings.
Awesomeness Affirmation #7 - I grew to love the sport of wrestling. My son wrestled for 10 years. He learned what it meant to work hard and be mentally and physically strong. He developed swagger.
Awesomeness Affirmation #8 - Electricity. Yes. I forget how special it is until it goes out. Electric Co-op said 11:20 for estimated return. I should have asked AM or PM. Country living electric out means no water either. Super windy here.
Co-op contact totally wrong and electric back an hour early. Ahhhhh. Water, heat, and internet!
Awesomeness Affirmation #9 - the Harry Potter book series is one of my favorite things ever. Clever plots, detailed and lovable (and hated) characters. I remember trying to guess what was going to happen and found myself at Walmart at midnight of the book release. Perfection!
Awesomeness Affirmation #10 - This debate https://twitter.com/i/moments/912482843032522753 is one of the best parts of the internet. For more check out #BirdsvsFishes. I love it when scientists argue about science.
Feeling meh today so I’m struggling to find awesomeness. After thinking about it a bit, I suppose that’s the whole point of this exercise. After some thought my Awesomeness Affirmation #11 is the sound of moving water over rocks.
Awesomeness Affirmation #12 - Winters in Ohio can bring a lot of different weather. Earlier this year instead of snow we had an ice storm. Once it was over and the sun show, it looks like a fairy tale.
Awesomeness Affirmation #13 - I just love seeing that first spring flower!
Awesomeness Affirmation #14 - Coincidence? Look what was on my package that arrived today!
Awesomeness Affirmation #15 - My affirmation for today is how I love to watch my little dog's butt wiggle when he's happy. He's what the Vet said, a sweet old man. Blind and deaf but still getting around on his own and just so casual and yes, he is about to run into the door.
Awesomeness Affirmation #16 - I’m totally loving Jane the Virgin. This show has lovely characters, witty writing, and such heart. But Michael? Why?
Awesomeness Affirmation #17 - NCAA wrestling! Got to see the DivIII National tournament tonight, with the best friends in awesome downtown Cleveland.
AA#18 - drove to Cleveland again today to tour the Aquarium and Museum of Art. Finished with lunch at the Sokolowski University Inn. It was so authentic Ukrainian/Polish. Pirogies and cabbage rolls. So delicious too! Found my mom’s childhood home just blocks away too!
I’ve been sick so picking something awesome was out of my thoughts. Feeling better today, so back at it and today I pick hummingbirds. I love to watch these little gems that zoom around.
AA#20 - watching my favorite show Project Runway and I can’t say enough about Anthony! So genuine and upbeat. He could be my favorite reality design star on personality alone! @ProjectRunway
Awesomeness Affirmation #21 - There is a pair of Red Tail Hawks nesting across the street. They have been circling around above the house and it is so beautiful. I would love to get a really good picture.

Awesomeness Affirmation #29 - My son caught this fish in the Keys last December. It is a Southern Puffer. I have found my spirit animal. Now if whatever is irritating me could just leave me be, I could get rid of this puffiness and I could become streamlined again.
