You know those type people that you would do absolutely anything for, because they hold that importance to you in your life...but you know that they wouldn’t do the same for you...
You stick up for them anytime anyone says anything negative about them, because you would never do anything to hurt them and it kills you to hear people speak on their name so poorly...yet its so easy for them to hurt you and talk behind your back...
They hurt you over and over and see no problem in it, to the point where you start overthinking and questioning if you actually did do something wrong for them to be so cruel to you...
And for some reason you catch yourself apologizing to them like you did something wrong when you’ve done all you could to be good to them, just for them to turn around and hurt you again
And then the worst thing of all is when they specifically go out of their way and do something, knowing that it will hurt you, because they KNOW they can take advantage of your kindness towards them and that you’ll let them back in...
Yeah, I know quite a few of those people, and those are the individuals I wish I could go back in time and unmeet...Despite any good memories we’ve made in the past, it’s just not worth it to have those people in your life.
