Your attachment style is the way you attach/bond with your partner and how you behave when you& #39;re in a relationship. So it& #39;s v important to know both yours and your partner& #39;s. Attachment styles are formed by the time we& #39;re 5 years old so you really didn& #39;t have much of a say so

Next up is ANXIOUS PREOCCUPIED attachment style:
People with this attachment style need constant validation. They get jealous quite easily, and become extremely anxious if they& #39;re not constantly reassured. They tend to be hypersensitive and have an extreme fear of abandonment

Next is DISMISSIVE AVOIDANT attachment style:
Emotionally unavailable. They put up walls so ppl can& #39;t get close to them. They see emotions as a weakness. They tend to be workaholics in order to keep themselves distracted and distant from love. Narcissists fit into this category

Last is FEARFUL AVOIDANT:
This is a combo of anxious + dismissive. Once they& #39;re in love they get very attached to their partner, so they avoid relationships. They have a low self esteem and need their partner to validate them but also have trust issues so they avoid relationships
