Do y'all ever just think about how your favorite characters could've been played by completely different people?

Like, Jensen Ackles had a really good chance of being Captain America or Hawkeye if it weren't for his role on Supernatural.

While this topic is on my mind - did you know Josh Hutcherson auditioned for the role of Spider-Man when they were casting for The Amazing Spider-Man? Since Andrew ended up being cast as Spidey, Josh ended up getting the role of Peeta.

His audition tape is somewhere on the internet. I tried watching it once but I got bored. It was just a lot of action stuff. Sorry, Josh.

Also, originally, Back to the Future starred Eric Stoltz instead of Michael J. Fox. They originally wanted Michael to play Marty, but he couldn't because of scheduling issues, so they went on with Eric. Eventually they fired Eric and Michael ended up playing Marty anyways.
