The exterior acknowledges the history of the buildings surrounding it, especially the classical elements. However, each of the eleven apartments (interiors) were designed to have a 'different personality', specifically catered to suit the needs of a variety of occupants.

The icing on the cake is the 2-bedroom penthouse, reminiscent of a traditional courtyard house, with curved glazing wrapping around a private rooftop courtyard. The pink & green terrazzo flooring caters to the owner's eclectic furniture collection
