THREAD: The production of the Mahangu porridge most people enjoy but do not know the process that goes into it.

Around this time of the year, the fields are empty and dry. The rainy season is approaching. So people have to prepare the field and make it ready for ploughing. This is done by removing old stalks and distributing manure all over the field.
So here ends my thread. Feel free to add on what I missed.
The Mahangu grains are stored in this traditional storage baskets. This can keeps grain for several years. The basket is sealed with cray. It& #39;s keeps moisture and insects outs.
