Dinner from leftovers. Rajma--> shakshouka. Maddur vadE-->maddur vadE masala. With grated carrots and peanuts, because Karnataka roxxx 😀
Breakfast is experimental dosai with ~70% (pearl millet + semolina+ oats) flour & rest rice flour. Came out well, thanks to Nandu's skills.
Had it with tomato, curry leaves and coriander chutney and baby radish puLi kuthina kuzhambu.
Sambar vadE & kesari bhath at Dwaraka hotel. Ok ok. I'll take SLV/taaza thindi over this. I'll stick to benne khali dosE here. Best ever.
Best part is the freshness. I have never tasted food that has tasted weird or stale. And the prices...😌😌😌
