Workers raise the last beam on roof on Little Caesars hockey arena in Detroit http://on.freep.com/2aTosBg
At construction sites in Detroit (79% black, 10% white), there doesn't appear to be many minority workers, an issue raised by @therevcw.
For new hockey arena for example, they're even bringing in workers from Portland, Oregon. Hardly any black workers.
