First, remember that at a certain scale, developers aren't pitching land or location. They're pitching themselves.
What this means is that as far as their mouths are concerned, they always produce fantastic improvement and they always have giant wallets.
Let me offer this. What brilliant developer, seeing his line of credit tapped and the bank unwilling to extend, doubles down?
Because there is no evidence the RNC has the bling to give and none that major donors want a piece of this project.

When someone claims that Trump is losing, you say to look at the swing States.
Out of curiosity, what do you consider a swing state?
I ask because the data does not seem to suggest what you see.
