The individuals identified are Sarah & Vincent Cucchiara of Green Lane, PA and Dmitri Loutsik, who also lives in the Lehigh Valley in PA

The three have been jointly involved in far right activism since their student days at Penn State. Details are in the story but if you were at Penn State and remember the "Bull Moose Party", get in touch!

I gotta say that for this humble scribe, just working on this story was effectively an OSINT masterclass. It's worth reading the whole thing to see how we got there.
