Most of the success comes from networking and meeting new people along the way this is much easier for sociable people.
Diet

Now, this is a personal preference some people can be successful with the worse diets going.

I've found that when I eat healthier I work better and success comes naturally when I feel better.
Sleep

Get used to your 8 hours of sleep each night.

Being fully energized for the day will get you ahead of 99% of people.
