Most people are doing too much.

Attempting to keep up, you live less.

Success is sustainable if you know how to recover.

You need to recover from these 6 areas daily:
Work:

You over-commit.

You think you can do more and underestimate how long projects will take.

You then find it difficult to unplug because your mind races.

You are also always available, notifications and emails.

Block time off, detach from your work daily.
Technology:

Are you using it, or is it using you?

You are rarely if ever disconnected.

Does your phone travel with you into every room?

Smartphones and Social Media help increase your impulsive behaviour.

Overuse affects sleep and mood.

Get away from technology daily.
People:

As an introvert, who can act like an extrovert when around others I need time away from people.

Time alone is essential for recovery.

Even if it is only 1 hour a day, you NEED that time alone.

Thinking hours create the time for BIG ideas to appear in your mind.
Food:

I used to get hangovers from drinking.

Now I get hangovers from overeating food at night.

This kills your mental performance and is why I fast for 12-16 hours daily.

I also only eat a cheat meal once a week.

I am not an expert in this area, but fasting work for me.
Working out:

Hear me out; this has affected me.

Working out too hard at night and not being able to sleep.

Or too hard in the morning and losing focus.

I work out now in the afternoon for this reason

But you need time to recover whenever you choose to work out.
Being Awake:

Are you sleeping enough?

If not managed well, all the other factors discussed will affect your sleep.

You know the benefits of sleep.

Good sleep gives you superpowers compared to those who don’t get it.

Lack of sleep will affect your business in negative ways.
