i understand the fans' concerns that #ParkMinYoung looked skinnier.. i miss her cheeks too. but here's the thing. 1st, its really hard to maintain a certain weight, esp if you are required + the fact that shes on her mid 30s, that's like triple harder (cont)
were the same age, when i reached 30s, i had a better understanding on body image esp for celebs. so when they get skinnier or cheekier, i dont pay much attention to that. diet, exercise, rest. sounds easy. but hell naw. ive seen how some actors literally...
worked thwir ass to be at a certain body type. aside from filming, they do photoshoots, endorsements, appearances, etc. Y'all know you can gain weight overnight if you dont watch out. Imagine PMY.. filming until the wee hours.. almost everyday...
then do the others right after. then the same thing again the next day.. her drama filming takes what? avearge of 5 months? then she has commitments for other shoots shes been doing this for 15yrs! All im saying.. lets not focus too much on appearances...
she may not look like how you prefer her to be. doenst always mean shes unhealthy. Pretty sure she knows what shes doing. Hell! she can even share her diet secrets of not drinking water before a photoshoot! How many of us can do that?? 😆...
but ofc thats not exactly her lifestyle. just something she gotta do in order to keep something (at least just until the shoot is over). Im confident that shes healthy and happy.😇 I always wish for her to be mentally healthy...
coz other aspects of your body will follow as long as you have a healthy mind.. and the heart will always work with your mind eventually. 😊
