"Overthinkers Open This"

Psychology Thread
According to psychology, Overthinking leads to problems that don't even exist in the first place.
If you spend too much time overanalyzing conversations, relationships, and events…

It’s time to let it go!
If you regularly beat yourself up for how you “could have” responded better…

It’s time to move on!
Over-thinking ruins you and your mental health. It ruins the situation. And it twists things around.

It just makes everything worst than it actually is.
If it’s out of your hands, it deserves freedom from your mind also.
No amount of regret can change the past, and no amount of worrying can change the future.

Life is too short to be unhappy.
"We suffer more often in imagination than in reality."

- Seneca
Instead of overthinking about what you cannot control, shift your energy to what you can control.
In psychology, Nothing diminishes anxiety faster than action.
Dwelling on your problems isn’t helpful, but looking for solutions is.

If it’s something you have control over, consider how you can solve it.
It’s easy to get carried away with negative thoughts.

Take a step back.

What evidence do you have that your thought is true?
Mindfulness will help you become more aware of the here and now.

Mindfulness takes practice, but over time, it can decrease overthinking.
Do what you love, love what you do, and with all your heart give yourself to it.
You're loved, someone out there loves you more than you think.
The only person who can pull you down is yourself.

Love yourself first and everything else falls into line.
If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath.
Control your MIND.
Control your life.
