DEGEN Free Mint Tips and Tricks I would like to start this thread by saying that free mints are HIGH risk HIGH reward. 99% of what you mint will die in your wallet and remain there forever to remind you of your degeneracy. The hidden folder is your best friend.

Tip #1 “How many should I mint”
This number is going to be different for everyone but you really need to be careful to only risk what you can afford to lose because you’re most likely going to lol. I like to mint 70-150 of each mint but you may only want to do 10.

Tip # 1 Cont.
You really need to take into account when you take profits on free mints because gas adds up. Yea youre up like 10x at .005eth but will that make up for all the L’s? Maybe, maybe not but you need to think about these things. One winner to .1+ will tho(200x).

Tip #2 “Go with the trend(most of the time)
I mint outside of the trend but you do want to go bigger on mints that go with the trend. Ex. This past week has been all about Okay Bears with the NotOkayBears and Bored Bears going to .4 and .2 respectively.

Tip #3 “Multiple Wallets”
One thing that winners typically have is a max wallet limit. Yea it sucks for us max mintooors but this is why we spread eth into multiple wallets way ahead of time. Goblins for example were $4 to mint one but that was the wallet limit. (at .25 now)

Tip #4 “Max Mintooor”
This one is just for degens like me who like to mint hundreds of these mfers. When you get to the mint site just up the number to the max and click as fast as you can then go to your wallet and you can just approve all the transactions at the same time.

Tip #5 “Safety”
Gonna leave this one up to you mostly but you can use burner wallets with only a small amount of eth in it as well as ALWAYS paying attention to the transaction function. When minting there should NEVER be a “Set approval for all” function.

I also like to visit the etherscan and look at other peoples transactions to see if they look okay. Im simply checking to see if when they mint they are getting tokens and also checking what the function name is so I can compare to my TX.

You dont want to always mint every decent looking free mint you see. There are seasons for this shiet. Once the trend of free mints poppin off stops you need to stop minting them or burn through all your eth for a bunch of regretful NFTs you will hate.

Tip #9 “Wen mint / HOLDRS”
This one is straight forward. I try to mint towards the end of the free mint as to reduce the amount of things I mint that dont end up minting out.
Also look at holder ratio. 10% is the minimum for me. Any lower is no bueno. Ex. 10k nfts = 1000+

Tip #12 “First 1000 FREE”
All these first ______(amount) free NFT projects are typically going to die before they even leave the gates so be careful with them. 90% of the time the free minters just instantly dump below mint price then it doesn’t mint out.

Be aware of the BS. Anytime something becomes popular there will be 100’s of free mints that pop up mimicking whatever it is thats doing well with every other project in existence. 99.9% of the time these will have 0 volume after mint.
