Men, if you want to build unstoppable confidence, read this:
1. Have a vision

A man of confidence often has a motivation and determination nurtured and developed through an articulate clear vision.

Napoleon had a vision, and it gave him the confidence to make military manoeuvres that caught the world off guard.
Simple steps to create your vision:

• Write down your goals for the future
• Do not be ashamed of what you want
• Start taking small steps towards your vision/dream
• Keep your dreams/goals in front of you, weekly and daily.
2. Take action

The difference between a confident and insecure man can be as simple as one takes action and the other doesn't.

They may both experience the same feelings of fear and anxiety. Yet, the confident man does not let that hold him back. Whereas the insecure man does.
Practical steps to take action as a man:

• Make your bed
• Follow a workout routine
• Create a plan to achieve your goals
• Do something you don't want to on a regular basis.
Create daily projects that build towards your desired goal.
3. Make mistakes

When you can embrace failure as proof of action, you will become a more confident man.

Men who are able to accept the fact that they will fail can break the power of shame that holds so many humans back.
4. Take care of your health

Have you ever met a confident man that had lousy hygiene, was grossly unhealthy, and just possessed a mountain of self-hatred?

I doubt it.

Confident men take care of themselves because they have self-value. This stimulates self-confidence/growth.
Steps to take care of your health:

• Workout
• Stay hydrated
• Eat organic foods
• Take walks in nature
• Get 30-60 mins of sun/day
• Cut off negative people in your life
5. Push yourself

Confidence in men comes from the constant pursuit and action of pushing one's self to new limits.

When we are out of our comfort zones we learn to adapt and can feel better prepared taking on new challenges that we previously may not have felt confident doing.
How to push yourself:

• Do 1 more rep
• Learn a new skill
• Do something new
• Stop procrastinating
• Work on your weaknesses
That's a wrap!
