@NathanHChan asked me to do a CRO Audit for healthish - so here is what I’d do

Breakdown and Strategy explained Step-by-Step below

>>> A Thread 🧵<<<
Quick Overview of what I’ll cover:

1. How we came up with the Ideas
2. What we would optimize and why
3. Completely designed before & afters with breakdown of what we changed
We’ve tested all of the following Ideas in the past with Clients

You literally can copy-paste what I did and get amazing results.

Right now.

So…
Let’s get started:
Idea #1: Redesign Homepage

First impressions are critical.

So to create the best first impression: display all important USP’s ATF...

and redesign the header.

The effects of social proof & cognitive ease will create more trust in your brand.
Second section I’ll focus on: the collection page.

Imagine losing potential customers because your collection page is messy and confusing.

With small changes you can easily create a good looking and converting collection page!
Idea #2: More information

Users often face the challenge to decide for one product when there are a lot of different variations.

Therefore: Make your products and bundles more comparable.

Also: use different badges and add an ATC option.
Next section I’ll focus on is the product-page

This is self-explanatory so let me show you how we can increase sales by implementing a couple of changes here.
Idea #3: Product benefits as icons ATF

How often do you read through the entire product description?

Never.

That’s why it’s so important to display your product benefits ATF.

Also, include the amount users save on your product + display the new price differently.
Last section I’ll focus on: the cart.

You’ve already managed to have a user add your product to the cart: now it’s important to make him finish his purchase.

There are a few tricks you can use to motivate him to do so.
Idea #4: Add nudging and social proof.

People like to receive praise. How about praising them for adding a product to the cart?

Genius.
You'll motivate them to finish their purchase, because they feel like they made the right decision.

Lastly, add your social proof again to remind them once more that you’re trustworthy.
