Whenever a past customer send me an email I AUTOMATICALLY give them a 10 dollar gift card.
Doesn’t matter what it is. They could be emailing me about loving their order or hating it (idc) they get a gift card.
Why am I handing away this free money?
Because 10 dollars isn’t enough to come close to purchasing anything on my site. My sites AOV is 60 dollars. So when a customer gets the gift card, they feel thankful and generally make me money.
This is especially helpful when people are upset. They all of a sudden forget about their complaints and then even come back allowing me to profit more off them.
Basically you turn and angry customer who may charge back to a happy repeat customer while making money. It’s a cheat code.
