This is how you can change the education system in India.

A step-by-step model:-

A thread...
[1] Get subject matter experts & create a digital repository (regularly updated):

- This is not a super expensive solution.
- If authorities feel otherwise, I am happy to do it on my own and won't charge a penny.
- Create this material across different languages.
[2] Distribute this digital library as an "add-on" to the teaching that goes on in every school:

- This somewhat bridges the gap between "elite" school and "non-elite" schools.
- Educate parents that this is a government approved go-to library.
- Ban private coaching.
[3.1] Modify the nature of competitive exams:

- Studying for 12 hours for exams that don't even guarantee a job is a pointless exercise.
- Prioritise vocational education courses.
- Build academic exercises using Ikigai framework. This helps all kids understand their interests
[3.2] Some career choices would require further testing (Eg. Medical)

- Create an advanced data library. Make it free.

What's the point of saying: education is a basic right, when some kids have asymmetric advantages due to "special" coaching?
[3.3] Create advanced standardised tests (similar to GMAT, GRE, SAT) -- with multiple attempts allowed.

There should be independent testing done to verify the correlation between [the test] & the [job at hand].

Making a test harder and harder is pointless exercise.
[3.4] Everyone who clears the baseline (eg. let's say top 5% ile) gets to pursue that degree.
This solve all issues? No

- This is implementable, low cost solution.
- Sets the right incentive for parents.
- Kids get to discover their passion and live their childhood, the way it was meant to be.
