First of all, I am always a friend of long term focus, that is why I build a team for the long term not for the short term most profit. For me it is Team first, all of our employees get a profit share.

I only work with in house staff, we don’t have freelancers or any other outsourcing running, we only have full time workers, I want 100% of them. They are all from Germany and Bangladesh, all well educated.
(7) There is no hierarchy in our company, of course there are roles but we are all friends, and we talk like that to each other. The worst place on earth for me is a company in which you have to be different than you really are. Sad world we live in.

I have a CFO and a CEO, I am more working around the company, making sure that payment providers are happy, that we find new opportunities and try to improve stuff and managing the Cashflow. We have one bookkeeping girl...

This is how we are able to test so many products: two guys from the marketing are looking for the products that will be tested in two days, our Bangladesh team will put in the products the next day using fixed templates (we have like 5-6 per product category).
(12) then after our German team controls the created products and create the ads. We always use the same templates for the product import + for the ads. So it is basically very process oriented work, that’s how we can test like a machine gun.
(13) We have our cfo and ceo adjusting the budgets of the ads every evening, I consult them in bigger decisions our aggressive scaling. I think the sauce here is the fixed task delegation, everyone’s good in their thing.

We have a 24/7 ticket support system, we are working with http://reamaze.com  in every of our shops, between 7-22:00 German time it is the German time, at night it is the Bangladesh team. I think this is the main „secret“ here...
(15) we are always there, we have fixed templates, auto responder and a ticket system. I am 100 percent sure that European support staff is doing the job better than outsourced teams; they are simply more connected to other Europeans.
(16) After sale management & disputes:
Out Bangladesh team is responsible for all the after sale related management - they pay our supplier; they check the orders for mistakes, they do the work for refunds, resends and customer requests (new dress, other size).
(17) They are also working on all disputes at paypal and klarna with fixed templates and ways.
(18) All other tasks:
Again, I am doing all the outside communication of the company and the Cashflow management, my ceo and cfo work on the ads and make sure we stay profitable with a good Roas and revenue. We have one lady for bookkeeping and all the company document stuff.

Again I am a friend of win win situations, in my team and in business in general, I don’t negotiate the last penny, I know maybe sounds to surreal, but I don’t like it. I am teaching my staff ALL I KNOW, I really mean that.

Don’t be too scared in dropshipping, most of the people take love and thankfulness and a good salary over their own business with big responsibilities.
