How you can outsell 90% of your dropshipping competitors…

Even if you:
-Are a complete beginner
-Failed at dropshipping before
-Never Found a good product

…by taking their product and turning it into an IRRESISTIBLE Offer

/THREAD /
The first thing that probably comes to your mind is…

Why is selling just a product bad?

Simple…

You can get copied by any other dropshipper out there

Which leads to an endless price dumb.

What I'm about to show you will put you out of Price Wars…

by competing on Value…
Meaning you can charge more than most of your competitors and still outsell them.

Now let me show you how to do this:

The first thing you need to do is find a product that's already selling.

I have a ton of Tweets & Threads explaining on how you can do this…
So I'm not going to go in-depth on how you can find a product

This focuses on showing you how you can build a kickass offer around the product…

I've been doing this for years now but a book that really helped me get this to the next level is $100M Offers by Alex Hormozi
Let's dive in:

First you need to understand your Audience.

Even if you are not going to build an offer around the product…

To sell anything you need to know this.

We are focusing on 2 Questions:

Who?

What?
The Who is all about Who we are selling to.

Most dropshippers would say "People"

This is the worst Who you can have & the hardest to get working

You need a clear target group.

Don't believe me?

Even big car companies making Billions in revenue each year have this…
Volkswagen - Affordable cars for the middle-class

Mercedes - High Comfort Cars for the better-earning people

Ferrari - High Performance Cars for rich people.

Now are there exceptions to this?

Sure, but take a look at the demographic of their bestselling cars and you'll see it
Got your Audience?

Let's move to the What.

What problem do they have / which goal they have.

For example when you're selling an LED Dog Collar it's not so their dog looks cool…

It's so they never lose their dog again in the dark.
To sell your product at all you'll definitely need more…

…but to build the offer around it these 2 are enough to know.

The first way we build an offer is by bundling it with a product that solves the same problem

One of my favorite ways to do so is with eBooks

Why?
Because you buy the rights for an eBook once and never have to pay for it again once a customer purchases.

Plus…

it reduces returns since people get something from you immediately that helps to solve their Problem right away
Doing so allows you to price by Value and not by the market…

There is a simple equation that says:

The faster you solve the problem the more you can charge.

Thats why liposuction is way more expensive than a gym membership.

Because they get the effect (almost) immediately
Next is shipping:

Just offer Free Shipping.

I know that should be the standard in 2022 but I still see people charge for shipping…

If the shipping is super expensive just increase the price of the product slightly.

Also… let me give you a sneaky tip to increase your AOV's…
Add a shipping option that says: "Insured Shipping" and offer it for $2,99-$4,99

Simply send the same package and in case the package get's lost you send them a new one… which you technically have to do anyway…

But it gives your buyers more security.
3. Rocksolid Guarantees:

First let me tell you what not to do…

Don't give the same Money Back guarantee everybody else does.

Frame it differently.

The main reason why they should give the product back is because it doesn't help them solve the problem they have
So you tie the Money Back Guarantee to the result they are looking for.

This again increases the security of the customer and they are getting more likely to buy.

Example: Use this White Noise machine for 14 days and if your sleep doesn't improve get your money back
4. Scarcity & Urgency:

This is something you want to be careful with & not overdo it.

Don't tell them you'll be out of stock forever if they are not purchasing right away…

You can do it in very sneaky ways though
Tell them the stock is very limited

At the same time show them how many other people are visiting the website

Show them that people purchased at the bottom left

Those little things will subconsciously give them the fear of missing out if they are not buying…
Now some other ways to build an offer:

-Naming of the Product
-Discounts
-Bonuses
…the list goes on

But the 4 I've shown you are the most important ones
