Yeah I really mean that! You really think you know better which audiences to target or which age groups? They have billions of user data, always do broad! We do it for testing and scaling, we never change that! You donât need LLA etc.

2- Always go for automatic bidding and CBO:

3- The Pixel Game changed:
If you would have asked me a year ago if there is pixel optimisation I would have said it is a myth, it changed after the update! Your first tests after using a new pixel usually are shit, keep testing for 5-7 days and see your CR getting better dbd.

Bruh you need that to be installed on your stores! If you think you donât need that donât think you can scale to 15K plus a day! Most important thing after the update.

5- donât duplicate:
2-3 years ago you could do instant scaling by just duplicating the campaigns with 5x the budget, doesnât work anymore, keep that one testing cbo and increase the budget slowly!

7- agency accounts arenât all the same:
We tried so many different agencies, 95% are shit, maybe they donât charge you more then you spend, but this is a red flag, because you get exactly this service level back, they are basically useless, same like your personal accounts.

8- THE REAL AGENCY PARTNER:
This is by far the most important learning I had! Get rid of the fcking headache regarding you ad accs, your bms, pages and so on. We have our agency partner for 2 years now and this was the most important fb decision for our business!

Our business 2-3x after start using them. You only need to worry about your ads not about the structure anymore! Especially in a so called âgrey business for FB definitionâ like DS stop thinking you can build a scaled business without agency accounts! I would pay double their fee
9- Cashflow is King:
We need to pay our agency AFTER we spent, we have a payment plan of one week, so we can spend one week and then we need to pay. Of course you start with a pre payment plan, build relationships and trust, after a while they will ask you.
