Let’s start with the beginning:

I discovered TikTok at the end of 2020 and (like everyone

I quickly noticed that random unknown people managed to create viral videos from accounts with 100s of followers only.

I understood that, unlike on Insta & YT, we don’t need to be influencers to see our content pushed by the algo to millions of people. Everybody is equal on the platform and get a chance to become viral just with fire ass content.

So, it immediately clicked on my head. I took my phone and created an account for one of my brands that just got banned on FB (f**k FB). I expected NOTHING crazy but I thought I will be making a few sales a day.

I waited a few weeks before posting because I wanted to understand all the codes, trends & success factors that can make me go viral directly.

Back then, nearly NOBODY was using TikTok for their e-commerce brands, I just got inspired by normal content creators. I also watched tutorials on how to edit videos on Tiktok to be 100% ready.

My first video made 10ks of views and around $1k of sales. It was already super exciting

Since this day, I just knew I will make millions with zero marketing cost. It felt like I discovered a fucking glitch

Each piece of content that I posted was meticulously thought to go viral EVERY SINGLE TIME. In one year, none of my tiktoks made less than 50k views because I fully master the art of virality. I will elaborate on these exact strategies in another thread.

In total, I made 100m of views. But large viewing does NOT mean money ringing. The most difficult thing is to make a video that will both go viral (so being entertaining & making interactions) AND generate sales.

Some business owners are making Ms of views with Tiktok organic but not that much money. One of the main cause is that they are either too shy on CTAs (direct or indirect) or too pushy. It’s all about balance.

Of course, the product is important. I made a list of criteria to find products that will be 100% successful on Tiktok (on the views side and the sales side). I will make a separate thread about it because it’s too long.

But I’m confident that ANY product/service can be successful on TikTok and make money rain if you apply the right strategies. Every time I start a new account on Tiktok for my new brands, it goes viral regardless of the product type.

My main advice is : quality over quantity. « Post 3-4 times a day » is bullshit, focus on quality to gain trust from the algo. Being successful on Tiktok Organic is also understanding the science behind the algo. I will of course develop this point on a specific thread.

Not only top quality content will make the algo favors your account but it will also lead to more sales. That’s why I make on average $20k per million views while others are making $3k per million views.

I’ll share my tips to increase conversions on the next threads but one thing I want to share now is that it’s extremely important to have solid Google Ads branding campains running. A big part of your viewers will search your brand on Google instead of clicking the link in bio.

Accordingly, an organic strategy is never 100% free, you have to pay Google ads BUT your final ROAS will be 100x, so we are far from the 3-4x FB’s ROAS. Just compute how much I would have paid to FB ads or TikTok ads for 100m sponsored views.

With a $5 CPM, it means I would have paid $500k! These $500k are in my pocket instead.
