Do the following, how to work around:

Get two bms with two different profiles: 1. the bm with your „real“ profile you running ads in (the ad accs are inside this BM)
2. the second BM with another profile (same computer just another browser) „offshore bm“

Now create pages in the „offshore bm“ and share only employee rights of these pages to the other BM you are running ads in.
Do that for each an every page.
Now run your ads in an ad acc in the first bm, if the page is redirected

Get a second off shore profile into the first bm (so you have three profiles active on the same computer, just use three different browsers) and change the page with this third profile. Most likely this third profile will be restricted after doing so for 3-4x

Your ads will continue running forever, your first and second profile won’t be disabled, your first and second BM won’t be disabled, you just need to make sure to get a third profile every few day! Now the most important part!

If you use normal ad accounts from your own first Bm, the ad account will be disabled and the first BM will be disabled as well, you need to get ad accs from agencies SHARING the ad accounts into your first bm also with EMPLOYEE RIGHTS!

FB then doesn’t know what to disabled as the responsibilities are always moved forward! We do that for 2 years now! You need:
3 profiles
2 bms
Shared agency accounts. And there are huge differences in the agency accounts, for most of them, the ad accounts get still disabled.
