🧵On the night of March 28, Shoigu (Russian Defense Minister) and his closest deputies Tsalikov and Ivanov were privately watching a video somewhere in one of the Defense Ministry buildings. They watched silently, nervously, occasionally glancing at each other. (Ivanov pictured)
They understood that the person who defected to the West was not just an "insider" but a person who had long held one of the key positions in their corporation, the ДБА (Their shell company utilized to steal from the Army Budget). (Tsalikov pictured)
This defector has an array of documents, accounts, records, and other information. We must hold back the details of a very emotional discussion, but Timur Ivanov left the room in a very depressed and nervous state. (Ivanov pictured)
(Note: Russian security services tried to extradite the defector back to Russia using Interpol but failed. The video in question was recorded last year but could not be published until now for safety reasons.)
The source tells us that next day, a person (on behalf of Ivanov) contacted one of the largest real estate agencies with an urgent matter of valuation & sale of a villa with a group of buildings that cover over 3000 m² (0.74 acres) in the Uspenskoe village. (Ivanov pictured)
The villa is situated between Novaya Riga and Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway. (Rublyovka, outside Moscow, is where many in Putin’s mafia own palaces.)
(Some palaces in Rublyovka pictured)
More than 3 billion rubles ($37+ million at today’s garbage exchange rate) were invested in the purchase of land and construction of buildings. Further, this customer spent over $1m to purchase and deliver an iconic 15th century fireplace from a French castle.
Another example of a Rublyovka palace. (Not Ivanov's)
We know who in the DVKR (Dept. of Military Counterintelligence) and the Directorate “K” in the FSB handles & oversees Ivanov, as well as who provided operational cover for many Ivanov-Tsalikov schemes and exactly how. (DKVR pictured)
#WindofChange continues this investigation, and judging by the information from him, there will soon be significant media coverage for the above-mentioned actors in this chain of events. (Russian resistance is identified by blue/white colors of the Russian flag with red removed)
A reader may ask - What does this have to do with the war in Ukraine? We will answer this & other questions later.
Vladimir Osechkin’s team is sorting through hundreds of documents, wire transfers, and examining Ivanov's connections not only to Shoigu, but also to Sergei Kiriyenko (First Deputy Chief of Staff to Putin) who has already began to wage war
through the media and Telegram channels under Kiriyenko's own control against Anton Vaino (Putin’s Chief of Staff) and Dmitry Peskov (Kremlin Press Secretary). But more on that next week. (Vaino pictured)
P.S. Both Shoigu and Ivanov have more questions than answers right now.
It would have been easiest for them to write everything off to Western spies.
But no conspiracy theories or spy stories can explain the hole of more than 3 trillion rubles ($38 billion) in the budget of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
To be continued.

If you haven't seen it, definitely watch this video. If you have watched it but did not understand through the end, we recommend you watch again after having read this. This is the video that Shoigu watched with his deputies on March 28
Annushka hasn't spilled the sunflower oil yet, but she has already gone out of the house to get it... (Reference to the scene in the beginning of Bulgakov’s “The Master & Margarita” – which means the upcoming sequence of events are already predestined.)

CONTEXT: Russian military budget in 2014 was 2.49 trillion rubles. In 2021, 3.1 trillion rubles.
Putin's Mafia stole more than 3 trillion rubles, more than the entire annual budget for the Russian military.
Comparable number of this heist for US military would be $705 billion.
