Finished a preliminary look through the leaked personnel list from 1 March. Unfortunately, it's probably not a list of all personnel in , it appears to be a list of personnel from the Eastern Military District only, it still appears to be useful though. More info in thread.

It claimed to be a list of 120,000 servicemen fighting in Ukraine, it however is not. There aren't that many people on the list, but its hard to see that because the pdf isn't put together coherently.

Fortunately, @simon_huwiler sent me a excel that did have it organized. From that, I was able to figure out that it was primarily if not exclusively personnel from the Eastern Military District. Some of the personal serial numbers were doubled as well which I removed.

The list itself does appear to be at least partly genuine, that is somewhat up to date. Looking at the 37th Motorized Rifle Brigade, one of the battalion commanders and deputy commander are on both this list and a list of BTG personnel published here: https://gur.gov.ua/content/voennosluzhashchye-batalonnoi-taktycheskoi-hruppy-37-otdelnoi-motostrelkovoi-bryhady.html

Going across each CAA in the Eastern Military District, I was able to get the number of personnel listed for each unit. Overall, if you compare this list to what units should have, you arrive at the conclusion that these units were considerably understrength.

Each of these CAA's listed were involved in fighting northwest of Kyiv. Besides the CAA's, there is also personnel information from the 5th CAA, Pacific Fleet, 68th Army Corps, and 11th Air Force and Air Defense Army

More info and verification of names is needed, but I would tenatively say this may be an accurate take on what the Eastern Military District manning was like pre-invasion. We will eventually put all the names and cleaned file up on http://uawardata.com .
