If you struggle with creativity, read this thread:
Twitter can be the most powerful platform in the world.

But 98% of people aren't using it correctly...
Advanced search is the most powerful tool on Twitter you've never heard of.

Ever get stuck for ideas?

If used correctly this will 10x your creativity.

Here's a simple breakdown...
Today you'll learn:

1: Keywords
2: Accounts
3: Performance
4: Dates
5: Lists
6: Filters
7: Layering

Let's dive in...
1/ Keywords

Want to find something specific?

Type in the search bar:

"keyword"

You find the top accounts and posts related to that keyword.
2/ Accounts

Want to find specific content from someone?

Type in the search bar:

from:thealexbanks "community"

You can now find content from an account relating to your selected keyword.
3/ Performance

Want to find someone's best performing tweets?

Type in the search bar:

from:thealexbanks min_faves:1000

or

from:thealexbanks min_retweets:500

Replace the account name and number of likes/retweets as you see fit.
4/ Dates

Want to find tweets during a specific time period?

from:accountname since:yyyy-mm-dd
(tweets since a specific day)

from:accountname until:yyyy-mm-dd
(tweets until a specific day)

from:accountname since:yyyy-mm-dd until:yyyy-mm-dd
(tweets between specific dates)
5/ Lists

Copy your list ID into the explore search bar:

list:(insert list ID)

Things get interesting when you add the filters below...
6/ Filters

Go even deeper with filters.

filter:verified
(tweets from verified accounts)

filter:links
(tweets containing links)

from:accountname PIC
(tweets containing images)
6+/ Filters

Cut through the noise and find original tweets.

Using the minus sign you can refine your search.

-filter:nativeretweets
-filter:retweets
(removes retweets)

-filter:quote
(removes quote tweets)

-filter:replies
(removes replies)
7/ Layering

Advanced search becomes powerful when you layer functions together:

from:thealexbanks "finance" filter:links min_faves:100

from:thealexbanks "finance" OR "community"

from:thealexbanks "finance" AND "community"

Stack functions → stack inspiration.
Use advanced search to ignite your creativity and find what lands with your audience.
