(2) And if you donât want to wait you can always book a call through the link in the description, tbh I need to increase the price, I have so many bookings, I wouldnât have thought that the demand for these calls is so high!
(3) First of all you have to understand that there are huge differences in terms of behaviour and potentials within the European countries! Bigger countries do not automatically mean bigger profits or revenue. Especially when it comes to the profit!
(4) I will go over all countries that WORKED FOR US, maybe we are too dump for the other ones in Europe, I am very open to your feedback!
We will cover the following points per country:
We will cover the following points per country:
(5) 1- highest daily revenue of us in this country, our potential level.
2- Roas/ ad performance
3- customer behaviour
4- payment methods needed
5- special facts about the country
6- products

(6) Pro tip number 1: always google the weather of the country first for the upcoming week to decide which products you test, huge differences in temperatures between these countries.
(7) NL:
1- highest daily revenue - our potential level: 300.000 Euro combined in three 100K stores. Daily potential of at least 100K Euro, my favourite.
2- Roas/ ad performance: moderate to good, 2.4-2.8 Roas on big scale, low level 3+ possible. Good Roas + high absolute spend.

2- Roas/ ad performance: moderate to good, 2.4-2.8 Roas on big scale, low level 3+ possible. Good Roas + high absolute spend.
(8) 3- customer behaviour: most relaxed customers in Europe! With a good customer support, you should not have any problems with disputes. Very women focused in our case, donât know why.
(9) 4- payment methods needed: musts are ideal and bancontact (Flemish region Belgium), credit cards is nice to have and unfortunately you should consider klarna as well, increases the CR but not a must for 30K profit a month.
(10) 5- special facts about the country: it is my favourite one, very good payment methods with low fees, relaxed customers and good scale level, perfect to start in Europe, no cash flow issues, you can make an easy 10-30K profit here.
(11) Pro tip: use mollie for ideal and bc, lowest fees and next day payout!
6- products and prices: very fashion focused, not so shoe focused, very women focused, price level 5 percent over USA.

(12) DE:
1- highest daily revenue - our potential level: 350.000 Euro combined in four stores 3x100K and one smaller one. Daily potential of at least 100K Euro.

(13) 2- Roas/ ad performance: moderate to good, 2.3-2.8 Roas on big scale, low level 3+ possible. Good Roas + high absolute ad spend! Very similar to NL
3- customer behaviour: Very unrelaxed customers, especially regarding paypal, you really need to have top tier CS.
3- customer behaviour: Very unrelaxed customers, especially regarding paypal, you really need to have top tier CS.
(14) not so vulnerable for cc disputes.
Very mixed regarding genders.
4- payment methods needed: musts are credit card, and either PayPal or klarna, best practice is both but tbh we only go for PayPal, because the CR doesnât increase and klarna is shit. Sofort is also nice have

(15) 5- special facts about the country: in terms of entry points and potential Germany should definitely be your place to start! You can start with pp and cc, you have a big audience and still not the biggest competition! If you come from usa DS go into this market!
(16) 6- products and prices: very shoe focused, in my opinion the best male audience in Europe, price level 5 percent over USA.
(17) Pro tip: never ever use skip cart in Germany and use moderate discounts, Germans are very very suspicious! I would also recommend you changing your store or name every 2-3 months, even if you do top tier service.
(18) Pro top two: if you want to keep it easy, do a male store in Germany, PayPal cc and sofort! Very relaxed CS and you donât need klarna in any way.
(19) Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark) I put them together because they are very similar in terms of behaviour:
1- highest daily revenue - our potential level: Sweden was 120K Euro, Norway 70K, Finland 30K Euro and Denmark 20K.
1- highest daily revenue - our potential level: Sweden was 120K Euro, Norway 70K, Finland 30K Euro and Denmark 20K.
(20) I mean these have been the highest daily numbers for us. I would say in the meantime Sweden could be even higher!
(21) 2- Roas/ ad performance: Finland, Denmark and Norway moderate to good, 2.3-2.8 Roas on big scale, low level 3+ possible. Sweden has definitely the highest overall Roas, 3+ is very likely even for scaled numbers, on low scale 4-5 Roas is very possible!
(22) Good to very good Roas + moderate absolute ad spend!
(23) 3- customer behaviour: very very requesting customers and in my eyes the hardest to keep your dispute rate low! Klarna and cc cases (they can even open a cc case in their banking app) can be opened with ease and I have the feeling that they are somehow negatively influenced.
(24) 4- payment methods needed: if you would have asked me 2020 I would say they will be the next big thing, you only needed cc and had an awesome Roas! But yeah unfortunately it changed, klarna is a must for all four countries! In Denmark you could try to do pp and cc instead.
(25) 5- special facts about the countries: be aware! In my opinion this is def advanced! Donât get to hyped about the low entry risk and very good Roas! We lost 1.5 m Euro last years because we scaled too fast in sweden without knowing special requirements for klarna orders!
(26) Get your business running in Germany and or Netherlands, and if you have a process move to these countries! If you know your products have a good quality and you want to make an easy 10K profit a month, go into Sweden, keep your ad spend to a maximum of 500 euros...
(27) , with a nice 4 Roas and enjoy your life

(28) 6- products and prices: very fashion and female focused - price level 5-15 percent over USA.
(29) Pro tip: never ever ever use klarna via stripe or mollie for DS! They will f*ck you! You will lose literally every case because they donât have any insights into your store or into the relevant order and its documentation. We lost 1.5 mio in profit on that last year!
(30) You heard right
klarna through klarna or best case through SHOPIFY payments is the way to go!

(31) France, Italy, Poland and Spain, UK:
Tbh we never like really crushed it there, France had some 20-30K days but for the rest it is more like 5-10K a day! I am sure France has a bigger potential but maybe we havenât found the strategy yet!

(32) 2- Roas/ ad performance: low to moderate, for us not higher than 2.3 Roas on big scale, low level 2.5+possible, although the clicks are pretty good! Worst choice to start out, but maybe it is only for us!
(33) 3- customer behaviour: not like a big deal, moderate difficulty, Poland can be a little tricky sometimes as they love set their own limits regarding when the shipment has to arrive etc.
(34) 4- payment methods needed: for Italy France and Spain you need to have paypal and credit card, both a must! For Poland p24 and cc is enough! Uk best case is klarna Paypal and cc!
(35) 5- special facts about the countries: tbh they somehow give me a boring feeling! Big sleeping giants that arenât really converting! Maybe sounds crazy but I am sure Poland could be the next big thing in the next couple of years!
(36) 6- products and prices: no special facts! Shoes and fashion both genders, prices same level like usa, maximum 5 percent higher!
(37) You could literally continue this list forever, but these are the countries we really had numbers! We tried some Czech Republic, we tried India, we did a lot of things but no big deals!
(38) To summarise that - I would take this path:
1- generate Cashflow in NL, easy customers daily payouts no dealings with payment providers.
2- move on to Germany and expand, you need an more advanced CS and PayPal!

(39) 3- move to Scandinavia, I cannot recommend you doing that without experience in CS and without a Cashflow reserve!
4- move further!
4- move further!
(40) This all more or less depends on which payment methods you have available! Like 80 percent of the clients that booked a call with me have payment provider issues right now! I can solve that for you with my team!
