If you’re in your 20s and feel lost in life, read this:
I get it.

I’ve been there.

There’s no worse feeling than being lost.

Not knowing your purpose is painful.

And worrying about the future rips you away from the present.

But here’s the truth:
You’re not supposed to have it figured out.

The fantasy that everyone is living their best life is forced on you by society.

And that if you’re not, you’re in the wrong.

But most people pretend happy at the cost of being it.

Here’s how you can be different:
First, stop saying you’re lost.

You don’t “find yourself.”

In the same way you don’t find:
- Happiness
- soulmates
- purpose

This is a toxic attitude that takes you nowhere.

If you want these...
You need create them.

You drag that shit into reality by becoming the person who deserves it.

It takes work. Discipline. Effort.

But here’s the reality:

The good life exists at the edge of your comfort zone.

And the journey begins here:
Own your thoughts.

The best thing you can do for your mind is disconnect from everyone else’s.

There’s a story going on in your head.

It’s your greatest weapon or worst weakness.

It lifts you up or pulls you down.

The problem?
The news wants you scared. But you need to be strong.

Social media wants you distracted. But you need to focus.

T.V. wants you comfortable. But you need to work.

Toxic friends chain you. But you need to be free.

Take back control of your life. Cut out the crap.

Then…
Spend more time alone.

It& #39;s seriously underrated.

Why?

Self-awareness. There& #39;s nothing more important.

How can you get what you want when you don’t know what that is?

Like Socrates says, “Know thyself”.

Here’re 3 ways how:
1. Long walks in nature

Get away from the chaos and reset.

2. Meditate

The art of doing nothing is beautiful.

3. Journal

Your mind is a puzzle. Write down your thoughts to piece it together.

I promise these 3 habits will change everything...
Here’s the truth:

You feel lost because you’re not growing.

Stagnation creates suffering.

Progress creates purpose.

The good news?

You don’t need to know where you& #39;re heading to get started with growth.

You have everything you need.
Learn relentlessly.

The real education begins at 18.

Read. A lot.

Why books?

A reader lives a thousand lives.

Instead of trying to figure it out, listen to the experts who already have.

The key areas:
- Philosophy
- Psychology
- Habits

Some suggestions:
- Growth Mindset
To understand your limiting beliefs.

- Awareness
To understand the tricks your mind plays.

- The Almanack of @naval
To understand what to work for.

- How will you measure your life
To understand your purpose.

- Atomic Habits
To understand your potential.
Build your body.

I used to be depressed, anxious and overweight.

I hated myself and wanted to change everything. But I couldn& #39;t.

What I know now:

Exercise is the seed of excellence.

Grow your body & your mind will follow. Confidence builds one challenge at a time.
A clear mind and a healthy body are the foundation of your potential.

Trust me:

With these you’ll start to think differently.

You gain an optimistic outlook.

A desire to do more.

To do something meaningful.

Now you& #39;re ready to capitalise on it:
Explore

You’re at the start of the digital age.

Most people haven’t realised this.

Passion is rewarded.

You can do what you love and make it your career.

But first you need to find it.

(I have a free guide for this – keep reading).
Create

Here’s the truth:

Consuming is easy. Creating is hard.

If it was easy everyone would do it.

A rule I follow:

Learn every day. Share what you find.

Write. Record. Film.

This way you help people. You make an impact. A real difference.

And most importantly:
Give yourself a break.

I broke my neck at 16 & was diagnosed with a tumour in my spinal cord.

Trust me:

Life is fragile.

So yes, work hard.

Aim to do something great.

But please, don’t forget to enjoy the process.

The journey is the destination.
