(3/13) Note: all of these results can be verified in a call, we had many 100K+ days, there won’t be a lack of screenshots and results! We used Checkout X for a long time!
(4/13) don’t overcomplicate things in Europe, you don’t need to be the one in 10000 finding a complete fresh new product, look for winners in the States and scale it in all „good“ European countries.
(5/13) Focus on the following countries: Netherlands (my personal favourite, will do a thread why!), Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland!
(6/13) You need to have the LOCAL payment methods in Europe! You won’t succeed with PayPal and CC except in Germany and France! Get ideal and bancontact for NL/BE, klarna for Sweden, Norway and Finland and Sofort for Germany!
(7/13) The smaller the country (audience) the bigger is the ROAS potential! You have a much higher chance that you are not the thousandth person testing the same products if you go into these niche countries! Some kind of USA 5-7 years ago!
(8/13) You need to have an excellent customer support, it is even more important that in the states! Customers from Germany and Sweden are much for sensitive and your CB and dispute rate will skyrocket if you think you can use your shitty 500 dollar outsourced service!
(9/13) Consume klarna with caution! It is connected to point 5! It is getting more and more important, especially in 2021, but they will f*ck you if you have bad CS and shitty products! I heard of CB rates of 10-12 percent!
(10/13) You DO NOT NEED klarna to do your first 100K month in Europe! All of these screenshots and results were made without klarna! The screenshot above is from a Dutch store with ideal, bancontact and CC only!
(11/13) You DO NOT NEED klarna or PayPal to do 20K of profit a month in Europe! Focus on Netherlands only!
(12/13) Second most important! Your fb ads! It is a totally different game in comparison to USA! Keep it simple, ALWAYS go broad in all of these countries, no interest bs, simple conversion campaign 1 days window and broad! I will do a thread on that in detail as well!
(13/13) Most important! Like in every business! Build relationships and a good team around you! The moment you start looking at DS as a real business not just a quick way of making money you will increase your success rate multiple times! Work longtime together with your partners
