🚨 How I scaled to 75k per month using strictly ORGANIC outreach 🚨

I see too many new agency owners start running paid ads for client acquisition before they’ve mastered organic.

Not smart.

But that’s why I made this thread.
When you are in the infancy stage of your business, every dollar counts. There is always a risk when you are reliant on strictly ads. If your ad account gets shut down, you’re fucked.

If you’re an agency owner, I implore you to make sure you are maximizing your organic outreach
The name of the game is acquiring clients at the lowest cost per acquisition possible. A good organic outreach strategy will significantly lower your average cost per acquisition (overall.)
If you can master 1 organic outreach method, it can give you enough steady volume to be successful no matter what.

Mastering organic at the beginning of your business will also give you more runway to grow your organic operation.
If you can acquire clients at scale without having to run ads, you become a much safer/attractive investment. This can increase your value for those of you who are planning to exit.
IMO everyone should be planning to exit. If you have no exit plan all you’ve done is created a job for yourself.
These organic methods alone allowed me to grow my business to 75k per month

Instagram: This is the most overlooked and underrated outreach channel of ALL TIME. I still use this method because it’s such a gold mine.
Instagram allows you to message anywhere from 20-50 people per day. Make sure you start slowly so that your account doesn’t get shadow banned. Start at 5 per day and work your way up to capacity.
*We have 6 different Instagram accounts.*

Make sure you post company content and make the profiles look somewhat active.
Then identify MEME pages in your niche. For example, if you are in real estate then you would look for real estate meme pages and DM all of their followers.

99% of them will be real estate agents.
“ Hi ______, I noticed you’re a real estate agent. If I could book you 10-15 showings per month would that be of interest to you?”

Copy and Paste.
Fill in name.
I paid someone to send out 100 dms per day starting out and that’s how I grew my business. I would generate 8-15 demos per week.

He is now the COO of my company, but that’s for another thread.
Facebook organic: Same formula as Instagram. Substitute meme pages with Facebook groups. Look up the rules may be a little different as far as DMs allowed per day.

Remember to start small and work your way up to volume so you don’t get flagged. Max 15 per day i think.
LinkedIn: We utilize a tool called Meet Alfred in combination with LinkedIn sales navigator.

LinkedIn sales navigator is about $60 per month. This allows you to search for professionals by their job title, industry, company size, location, etc.
Once you enter the prerequisites of your search, sales navigator will build you a list of people fitting that description.

You can then copy the URL of that list and Input the information into MEET ALFRED.
Meet Alfred is an automation software that allows you message people while you’re sleeping! It’s about $40-50 per month.

Meet Alfred gives you the ability of build out completely customizable and personalized cadences.
Example:
Hi {first name},

I noticed you worked at {company}.

My company specializes in working with {job title}.

You can literally run a successful business by mastering these 3 outreach channels with nothing else. Then once you have generated enough income, you can reinvest in paid ads to scale even higher.

In other words, learn to crawl before you walk. Learn to walk before you run!
