If you’re a man in your 20s, read this:
Tell your parents you love them.

The last time I saw my mother, she was homeless on the street.

I walked past her without saying a word.

I was with friends and didn’t want to cause a scene.

She overdosed 2 weeks later.

I’d do anything to go back and tell her I love her.
Stop using sex as validation.

As men, we’re encouraged to associate our self-worth with how many women we can sleep with.

I did this for many years…

It’s empty.

Find your purpose and pursue that.
Skip college.

I went for 2 years.

All it did was waste my time, money, and opportunities.

You’ll get farther ahead in life by self-educating.

(this doesn’t apply to doctors, lawyers, etc.)
Quit porn.

Porn is a parasitic infection in your brain.

All it does is drain your dopamine and energy.
Learn to enjoy your own company.

Go to cafes alone.

Sit with your thoughts.

Travel abroad by yourself.

The #1 reason people get into toxic relationships is because they’re too scared to be on their own.
Find role models.

My father smoked crack instead of raising me.

If you grew up without a male role model, find one by other means:

• Books
• Friends
• Coaches
• Accounts like @SaveYourSons

If you're born without a father, doesn’t mean you have to grow up without one.
Lift weights.

I started out as a fat and socially anxious kid.

Weightlifting changed my life.

When your body transforms, your identity will shift too.

You’ll become 10x more confident, disciplined, and happy.
Stop procrastinating with self-help books.

Finishing a book gives you a hit of dopamine.

You feel accomplished.

But in reality, you haven’t done shit until you’ve put the lessons into practice.

Quit reading for vanity.
Invest in coaching.

I invested $10,000 in sales and marketing coaching last year.

In reality, it cost me $0 because:

• I made more money
• I avoided expensive mistakes
• I learned years’ worth of knowledge in a few months

Skip the degree and invest in yourself.
Take care of your appearance.

Confidence in your appearance translates to every area of your life.

Shower.

Exercise daily.

Wear well-fitting clothes.

It’s not superficial to take care of yourself.
Travel abroad.

Backpacking Asia for 3 months changed my life.

It taught me more about:

• People
• Culture
• Myself

Than anything I’ve ever done.

You’ll have a completely new perspective of the world when you come back home.
Wait to get married.

Get married in your 20s?
Nothing changes.

Get divorced in your 20s?
Lose half your assets.

You and any woman you meet will completely change in your 20s.

Save that for when you know who you are.

There's no rush.
Learn the foundations of nutrition.

90% of your lack of energy and health problems stems from your diet.

Learn the basics of:

• Calories
• Vitamins
• Proteins/Carbs/Fats

It’s easier to maintain good health than to repair poor health.
Self-educate.

Google is free.

Twitter is free.

YouTube is free.

You’ll learn more from these than spending 10s of thousands of dollars + years of time getting a degree.
Learn to fight.

Train jiu jitsu and boxing.

You won't be afraid to stand up for yourself.

This will come in handy many time in life.
Date around.

Dating different women will help you figure out what you value/dislike in relationships.

It also teaches you about yourself.

Ultimately, when it comes time to get into a long-term relationship, you’ll have a better chance of picking the right one.

Never settle.
Write.

Buy a high-quality pen and journal.

Write down your problems and goals.

Watch your life change.

To write clearly is to think clearly.
Take risks.

Start a business, buy crypto, pursue your far-fetched goals.

If I didn't take risks, I wouldn't have made $431,000 by the age of 22 or became self-employed at the age of 23.

The upside is infinite, the downside is minimal.
Question everything.

Even this thread.

Ultimately, you have to find what works for you.
I could keep going, but I'll cut it here.
