We launched a new eCom brand and it did $251k in the first 24 hours...

Here's what we did and how you can copy the same strategy for your own brand

THREAD🧵
1. The Plan

We knew we had a product-market fit with another similar product.

Our goal was to do a new and even BIGGER launch

We started off by separating the launch into 4 main phases:
- Hype Up
- Grab, Grab, Grab
- The Big Launch
- Follow Up
2. The Hype Up Phase
The business owners had arranged a partnership with an Influencer with 1.4 Million followers
We scheduled 2 series of stories of her talking about a new project she's involved in.

We showed some behind the scenes, we showed her involvement and announced the day it would be launching

This built anticipation and lead us to our next phase
3. Grab, Grab, Grab
Then ~2 weeks before the launch we created a landing page announcing the project with a countdown

On this landing page, people could sign up and leave their email to get early access
We promoted this landing page on her story 3 different times and we were able to get 40,000 early sign-ups
This is important because just working and doing Influencer promotions is like renting an audience

Now we collected the data of the people that are interested and we can email them at any time

Or even use it as an audience for lookalike ads or remarketing ads
Then every 1-3 days we teased the people by giving them an update on the launch...

Giving them more information about what the product will be and what will they get

(Brand & Influencer Names Are Blurred)
This also allowed us to warm up the email domain

Collecting 40k+ people and just blasting them with emails can go bad easily

We didn't mention anything about the price we were only continuing to hype up the product, its features, benefits, and the influencer's involvement
4. The Big Sale Launch

Then the big day finally arrived

@AnsonJacobR pulled the plug and sent out the two launch emails we had planned:
1. Email promoted the product to the entire list
2. Followed up with non-buyers
The Influencer added fuel to the fire by promoting the product on her story and within the first day we had made $251k
5. We didn't stop there

We knew we had built up hype, so we wrote 6 more emails to send and follow up with the non-buyers.

As a result over the next 3 days, we made $30k extra every day
6. Conclusion:
The success of this brand launch lays in the planned and timed hype up

3 weeks before the launch we teased it
2 weeks before the launch we captured the hottest audience

Then we nurtured them and let the sales roll in
