Those 4 make up the defacto Silicon Savannah despite being separated by miles on end, remember that Africa is perhaps the most complex economy & embracing its complexities will be paramount.

The investors stand at 316 which equates to 1 investor for every 16 startups.

Circling back to the startup hotbeds - when looked at from the per country lens rather than per city - the order again changes, further stressing the complexity:
