Those of us who have resisted the government/media covid narrative have been called many things over the past two years, most of them cruel and false. I thought it time to put on paper what we really ARE. So, with the help of some of my friends, here you go...

You may not realize it, but we live near you. We are your neighbors. We are your coworkers. We are your friends who have been quiet to preserve friendships. We are men and women. Many of us are parents. We are all races. We are all faiths. We come from all political backgrounds.

Based on the overwhelming preponderance of data from around the globe since early 2020, as well as the preponderance of scientific literature prior to 2020, we agree that lockdown policies and mask mandates are ineffective instruments to mitigate a virus.

Their costs far outweigh their negligible benefits....

We are grateful for the benefits of modern medicine. We also believe the benefits of any medicine must be tracked empirically, weighed against costs for each individual. Accordingly, we believe all personal medical decisions should be private, and neither mandated nor coerced.

We are indebted to science, the greatest method of inquiry human beings have devised to help explain how the world around us works.

In that spirit, claiming the mantle of “The Science” in an effort to STIFLE inquiry and debate to serve political ends is NOT science. It is a cynical bastardization of science, a mockery of its good name.

As we believe each human life is precious, we are aware that the experiences that become memories give life its richness. Because no person can know when life will end or when physical vitality will erode...

...we believe firmly that the days of our lives are not meant to be wasted. Adopting the supposed timeline of a virus is therefore not a mere inconvenience, but a forfeiture of days we cannot recover.

We believe it is morally repugnant to sacrifice the priceless, formative experiences of children in an effort of questionable worth to arguably add limited time frames to the feeble ends of elderly lives.

We believe physical, in-person interaction is essential to the human experience. So-called “virtual” communication is not an equal substitute.

We believe all occupations are essential.

We believe the human face is an essential, irrepressible aspect of humanity.

We believe population-wide mask mandates and lockdowns are human rights violations.

We are open to being wrong. We welcome robust, civil debate.

We are Team Reality.
