1/ # 3.6.1 Exchanges & Liquidity.

When you research a project, click the market tab on Coingecko and see what exchanges its on and where the volume is.

If it’s difficult to buy then it’s going to be difficult to sell.
2/ Loading up a huge stack of a project is futile if when the time comes to sell, you can’t. You also have to think of the people that matter - those with big money that will make it pump when they enter.
3/ If the liquidity and volume isnt there for them to enter then you aren't going to make money either.

Years ago exchange listings were a big deal in crypto and just the narrative of a potential upcoming exchange listing was enough to pump the price.
4/ These days, with the exception of perhaps Coinbase, exchange listings do not mean a great deal beyond it opening up access to more investors. If you see something being shilled and one of the top 3 things they mention is a potential exchange listing, then it means its weak.
