☆ Changing up my intake
This is what helped me the most, because it keeps my metabolism working. I let natural variations happen but I *typically* eat around 600-800 but fasted or would eat up to 1,400 other days.
☆ Cutting junk food
Cutting out junk stopped me from bingeing (which used to be daily), I don’t typically eat low calorie desserts either because they lead to cravings. When I rlly crave something I typically visualize it in a gross way to disgust me.
☆ Accountability
I used multiple methods but social ones worked best for me, people know I can’t eat junk food and eat little portions so I will surround myself with others as I feel I can’t “let them down”, I also log EVERYTHING, even c/s and estimate the cals.
☆ Movement
I don’t get a lot of activity so I try to find things I enjoy like stretching. I try to balance exercise with my intake however I ignore cals burned because I tend to overestimate them or let it excuse me giving into cravings.
☆ Making the most out of meals
I eat 2-3 times a day and these each have a purpose in my mind. Breakfast is high in protein and fiber so I can do well in school, lunch is again protein and fruit to up my energy (school again). When I eat ask myself what the food is doing for me.
Finally, this is what helped me *personally* but I am by no means healthy as I have an eedee and am still not satisfied with the loss yet.
